How to send a fax at a store

  1. Find a store and call ahead Ask if they send faxes today, what it costs, and whether they can send to the number you have.
  2. Bring what you need Take your pages, the fax number with its area code and a way to pay. If the office asked for a cover sheet, you can make one free and print it.
  3. Send it Use the self-service machine or ask a staff member for help.
  4. Keep the confirmation page Ask for the page that shows the fax went through, and keep it with your papers.

If the store is closed or too far away, you can send the fax from this website. As of November 2026, a fax of up to 40 pages costs $2.49. We only charge your card when the fax is delivered. If the fax fails, we cancel the payment and you aren't charged. For paper pages, the FaxFair iPhone app scans them with your camera.
