How to send a fax online
You can send a fax from this website with a PDF or a photo and a card. It goes to one fax number in the United States or Canada, and you do not need an account.
Steps
- Save the document as a PDF. Save the pages you want to send as one PDF, or keep them as JPG or PNG photos.
- Open the send form. On the FaxFair home page, add the file, your name and your phone number.
- Type the fax number. Type one fax number in the United States or Canada.
- Pay the price shown. Pay the price shown with a card. We charge the card only after the fax is delivered.
The form is on the home page. A private status page then shows whether the fax was delivered or failed. A text page usually takes about 30 seconds on the line, and a page that is a photo takes longer.
What you pay
A fax of up to 40 pages is $2.49, and a fax of 41 to 100 pages is $6.99. The cover sheet is free. We charge the card only after the fax is delivered, so a fax that fails is not charged. In the iPhone app the first fax is free, up to 40 pages, once per iPhone. After that the packs are 1 fax for $2.49, 3 for $5.99 or 10 for $14.99. An agent API and an MCP server exist. The docs are on send a fax from an AI agent.
What we will not dial
We send to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. A premium-rate number such as 900 or 976 is refused, and so is a number in another country. One fax can have up to 100 pages from the website.
